Solving IMCG advises PMCS.helpLine Software Group on the acquisition of MCH+

German PMCS.helpLine Software Group has acquired the software developer MCH+. The Dutch company based in Leiden, close to Amsterdam, develops and distributes software designed for organizing and optimizing field service teams. With the acquisition, PMCS.helpLine Software Group extends its portfolio in the growing market segment of service management. The groups own software helpLine already covers the management of service processes and automates the workflow within an organization necessary for delivering services to a customer. The acquisition of MCH+ adds a cloudbased (Software as a Service) solution for all aspects of service operations on site at the customer. This includes an automated scheduling of service staff taking into account optimized route planning and customer preferences, smartphones apps for the distribution of optimized schedules and tasks to field service agents in real time, as well as functionalities around the tracking and approval of working hours for billing. Currently the MCH+ products support 15.000 mobile users. helpline is employed at about 500 companies.

Enterprise Service Planning: a Single Software for Service
“MCH+ is a perfect match to our vision of an Enterprise Service Planning: an end-to-end standard software covering all aspects of a service offering. While in many industries service offerings today contribute double digit percentages to company revenues and have a tremendous impact on customer loyalty, there has not been a solution for automating service processes on the market so far”, says Dirk K. Martin, Managing Partner at PMCS.helpLine Software Group. “Combining the technology of MCH+ and our service management software helpLine organizations can manage their service offerings in a single software solution, starting with the customer request up to the completion through a service technician and preparation for invoicing to the customer.”

„Our acquisition by PMCS.helpLine Software Group is a confirmation of our vision to completely cover the two central topics automated workforce management and mobility on a cloud-based platform“, says Hereward Burgers, co-founder of MCH+. “Together with the existing products of PMCS.helpLine Software Group we create a portfolio that enables our customers to increase the value created by their services. At the same time they can reduce the administrative burden of their service staff resulting in a higher work satisfaction.”

MCH+ has 20 employees and will remain an autonomous company within the PMCS.helpLine Software Group. Co-founder Burgers will lead the company as Managing Partner. In Germany MCH+ products will be distributed by helpLine GmbH as of now and offered as a stand-alone solution or in combination with helpLine either as SaaS or on premise.

Solving IMCG, together with its German Globalscope partner CatCap, initiated the acquisition and advised the PMCS.helpline Software Group on the transaction.
