Founded as Investment Management & Consulting Group (IMCG) in 1985, IMCG became part of Solving Efeso in 2001 and changed its name to Solving IMCG in 2008. The Efeso Consulting Practice in the Netherlands was started in 2004.
While Solving Efeso integrates its services around three practices - strategic, operational and change management consulting - the Dutch Solving IMCG office provides an addition in the form of specific expertise in corporate finance services. This combination of complementary capabilities is what gives Solving IMCG its distinctive position in the Dutch consultancy market. Based on its extensive expertise in these fields, IMCG is able to assist its clients not only with strategic design, but also - more importantly - with implementation and execution, including transactions. Many of the assignments take place in an international context and are executed by us in collaboration with other global Solving Efeso offices or with partners from the international Globalscope M&A network. Solving IMCG is the competence centre within Solving Efeso for corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and transaction services.
Solving Efeso's World-Class Operations Management (WCOM) practice in the Netherlands is conducted by a specialised team with experts in Six Sigma, Lean, TPM and other operational excellence tools. Solving Efeso sets itself apart in the Dutch WCOM market by adopting a practical approach that combines methods & techniques, project management and change management to deliver world class and sustainable results.
The unique combination of management consulting, WCOM and corporate finance services appeals to a very diverse client mix. The Dutch team works for a large number of multinationals, medium-sized companies, investors and private equity firms both in the Netherlands and abroad. Around 20% of the top 100 companies in the Netherlands can be counted as our clients.
