At Solving IMCG we believe that entrepreneurship, creativity and intellect are the most important qualities of our organisation and our employees. This is reflected in our office and the type of assignments in which we excel, and results in solutions and implementations that give our clients the added value they need.

Being part of Solving Efeso allows us to benefit from the advantages of a large network while maintaining local autonomy. Our partners are free to take the course they consider appropriate while at the same time being able to draw on the vast pool of knowledge, reference projects and experts provided by the Solving Efeso network.

At Solving IMCG we like to do projects that are fun. For example, we recently conducted field research in a number of exotic locations such as the Seychelles, East Africa and the Middle East for an Arab real estate investment fund and helped to implement several management buy-ins. At Solving IMCG we encourage entrepreneurship by giving our consultants the freedom to look for and exploit new opportunities. This ensures that they can develop their talents to the full while having the right drive to assist our clients in implementing the new solutions.
